This policy explains how SevenDay Studio collects and uses personal data when you contact us, request a quote or use our website. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
2. Data we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, project requirements and any information you choose to share through our quote form, email or WhatsApp. Basic technical information may also be collected to keep the website secure and understand general usage.
3. How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed work, provide support, manage payments and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
4. WhatsApp and service providers
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices. We may use trusted providers for hosting, communications and business operations, sharing only what is needed for the relevant service.
5. Retention and security
We keep enquiry data only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations or handle disputes. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect it.
6. Your rights
Subject to UAE law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
