Terms of service
Clear working terms for a fast, focused project.

1. Quotes and scope
A quote is valid for the period stated in it and covers only the listed work. New features, extra pages or material changes may require a separate quote and may affect timing.
2. Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due when the agreed work is approved and ready to launch. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Deposits cover reserved time and work completed and are not refundable once work starts.
3. Timelines and client input
Launch targets depend on timely access, content and feedback from the client. Delays in supplying these items may move the schedule. We will communicate any material timing change.
4. Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are included unless the quote says otherwise. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback. New requirements or additional rounds may be quoted separately.
5. Ownership
After full payment, the client owns the finished custom website or system and the domain registered for the project. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and services remain subject to their own licences.
6. Care plan
The care plan is billed monthly and covers hosting, small edits, fixes and uptime checks within a reasonable-use scope. Larger changes are quoted separately. Either party may cancel before the next billing period, subject to any notice stated in the quote.
7. Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party outages or issues caused by client content or unauthorised changes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8. UAE law
These terms and each accepted quote are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
